This type of cancellation, under Article 13(1) of the Automobile Registration Act, is for vehicles
without mortgages or seizures, aiming for export with a 9-month export grace period.
Under Article 32 of the Automobile Registration Decree, those who have performed export cancellation according to Article 13(1)(6) of the act must report the execution of the car's export to the cancellation registration authority within 9 months. Export must be completed within this period, or ordinary cancellation registration must be performed.
